Stefanie Davis

Founder and Managing Director.

Stefanie found her passion for marketing while building her e-commerce store and clothing brand back in 2017.  She went on to complete an array of different courses and qualifications in both Social Media and Digital Marketing. After spending some time as the Social Media Marketing Manager of Chas Everitt Real Estate, she partnered with a well know South African, women-founded agency finding her passion for strategy, specifically integrated and brand strategy.

With this passion sparked a business idea, and the rest is history! Stefanie now works closely with our agency partners and core team on an array of different global and local brands while focusing on expanding the business as well as on her clothing brand, XO Period Wear. 

Jacky Merola

Insight & Strategy Director.

Jacky is an experienced marketer and strategist with a demonstrated history of working in the FMCG space across brands as a project manager, senior researcher and marketing manager. Jacky has a strong research background with a Masters in Research Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is a driven individual inspired to have an impact by meaningfully connecting core consumer truth with brand purpose in order to birth symbiotic and meaningful brand-consumer relationships.


Jacky's super power is bringing her work to life through storytelling. She understands brand's because she gets the consumer and manages to land a seamlessly  purpose driven positioning every time.








Karabo Mamabolo

Integrated Strategist.

Karabo is what we like to call a maestro in creating ownable and bespoke ‎360º marketing solutions through strong innovative strategy, creative and execution in order to build and grow brands . With a BA in Corporate Communications as well as years experience working with top brands and agencies, he has a clear knowledge of the S.A market within the parameters of the FMCG, retail and banking industries.

Karabo's super powers include: Strong knowledge of digital, research and analysis tools and platforms. and advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. He has the ability to manage multiple projects and navigate a fast-paced account effectively with a keen attention to detail.
